Fisho – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Fisho, your trusted platform for fresh and quality seafood delivery. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Fisho platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and other applicable policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Fisho application or make purchases. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms.
3. Account Creation and Maintenance
To use certain services, users must register an account with accurate, complete, and updated personal information, including full name, delivery address, contact number, and payment details. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Fisho is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Product Listings and Pricing
Fisho strives to display accurate product information including descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. However, due to the dynamic nature of seafood (based on weight, size, and market rate), prices are subject to change without prior notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, Fisho reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.
5. Ordering and Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via app notification, SMS, or email. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of the order but indicates we have received it. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including availability, location, or suspicious activity.
6. Delivery and Shipping
Fisho delivers within specified zones and time slots. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational delays. You are required to:
- Be present to receive the delivery.
- Inspect products at the time of receipt.
- Raise any concerns within 2 hours of delivery.
In case of failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability, Fisho reserves the right to withhold refunds.
7. Freshness Guarantee
We follow strict quality checks and hygienic handling practices to ensure you receive the freshest seafood. If you are not satisfied with the quality, you may request a return or replacement by submitting valid photo/video proof within the complaint window as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy
Returns and refunds are governed by our comprehensive Return & Refund Policy. Key points include:
- Complaints must be raised within 2 hours of delivery.
- Evidence such as clear photos or video must be submitted.
- Refunds may take 3–5 working days depending on payment method.
- Fisho Wallet refunds are processed within 24 hours.
- Partial refunds or replacements may be issued based on the extent of damage or spoilage.
9. Payment Terms
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, UPI, and cash on delivery (COD). By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method. COD orders refused without valid reasons may result in blacklisting of the user account.
10. Promotions, Discounts, and Coupons
From time to time, Fisho may offer promotional discounts, referral bonuses, or coupon codes. These offers:
- Are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
- May be subject to specific terms including minimum order value or expiration dates.
- May be withdrawn at any time at our sole discretion.
Abuse of promotional codes will lead to disqualification and potential account suspension.
11. User Conduct
As a user of Fisho, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Disrupt or interfere with the security or operation of the platform.
- Impersonate another person or provide false information.
- Harass, abuse, or disrespect customer service agents or delivery personnel.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Fisho platform including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, images, audio clips, and software are the property of Fisho or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
13. Termination and Suspension
Fisho reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including breach of these Terms, fraudulent behavior, or misuse of services. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services and content are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any warranties of any kind. Fisho does not warrant that:
- The services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Products will meet your expectations.
- Any defects will be corrected.
15. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Fisho be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
17. Modifications to Terms
Fisho reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review them periodically. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance.

19. Consent for Marketing and Promotions
By registering an account or placing an order on the Fisho platform, you consent to the use of your contact details including phone number, email address, and app notifications for the purpose of receiving marketing messages, promotional offers, seasonal campaigns, surveys, and customer satisfaction communications.
You may opt-out of receiving promotional messages at any time by:
- Clicking the unsubscribe link in email communications.

Please note that even after opting out, you may still receive important transactional or service-related notifications.
